If there’s one thing I’ve come to expect from Kasador, it’s that they never disappoint. Ever since I stumbled across their music on TikTok, the band has continually impressed with their infectious energy and thoughtful lyrics, and “Cut It” is no exception. As a fan who has reviewed their work in the past and even had the opportunity to interview them, I can confidently say that this track not only adds to their growing legacy but feels like it could be the perfect soundtrack to an indie coming-of-age film.
Hailing from Kingston, Ontario, Kasador—comprising Cam Wyatt, Boris Baker, Stephen Adubofuor, and the band’s newest member, Thomas Draper—has consistently shown their knack for blending catchy indie rock with sharp, reflective commentary. “Cut It” serves as a testament to their evolving sound, and it’s safe to say it’s one of their most cinematic releases yet
